We Design, Build, and Optimize Shopify Stores That Convert Instantly and Scale Smoothly
Our conversion-first builds combine design, custom development, and strategic thinking to increase revenue fast.
Strategic Growth Comes From Structure and Craft
CRO is not about small tweaks. It is about creating a store that is built to convert from the ground up. Our team brings more than 100 years of combined e-commerce experience. We know what drives buying decisions and what slows them down. By combining design psychology, storytelling, and speed, we build stores that create instant clarity for your visitors and consistent revenue for you.
Strategize and Design
We start by understanding your brand and audience. Every layout is mapped around how your customers think and shop. The result is a clear structure that builds trust and guides buyers naturally.
Build and Launch
We do not use themes or templates. Every section is coded specifically for your products and category. The build is fast, reliable, and ready to perform at scale from day one.
Activate and Optimize
Each page and template is designed to highlight value and drive action. We refine flows, product storytelling, and visuals so that your store sells more without additional ad spend.
Scale and Systemize
Your new system is fully yours. You can update content, add products, and adjust layouts without touching code. You get performance and freedom at the same time.
Proof That Conversion-Focused Design Works
Here are examples of stores rebuilt with our custom approach. Each one shows how strategic design and coding precision translate into measurable results.

Scandinavian Biolabs: UX/UI Design for Medically-Oriented E-commerce
Developed the complete User Experience (UX) and visual design for a hair health platform offering complex, science-based products. The primary challenge was making a sophisticated treatment regimen feel accessible and trustworthy to the consumer. I structured the page to guide users through the information hierarchy: Problem Solution Proof Next Step. Key design solutions include:
Clear product categorization under "Built by science, not marketing."
Optimized conversion paths to book a consultation or view product regimens, balancing informational content with clear action-oriented next steps.
Strategic use of statistics and visual demonstrations to break down complex efficacy data.

Luxury E-commerce Platform for High-End Leather Goods
Designed and developed a premium, visually-driven e-commerce platform for a luxury leather apparel brand. The objective was to create a digital experience that reflects the brand's high quality and sophisticated aesthetic. The design successfully uses a minimalist, monochromatic color scheme to highlight the product photography. Key features include:
A stunning high-impact hero section to immediately establish luxury and style.
Integrated press validation (Forbes, Vogue, GQ) strategically placed above the fold to build immediate trust and social proof.
A clean, highly effective product grid layout with hover effects (implied) for an efficient and visually appealing browsing experience.
Clear and compelling calls-to-action to explore the curated signature collection.

Lumara Systems: E-commerce Design for High-Tech Beauty Devices
Designed and developed the immersive website for Lumara Systems, a brand specializing in advanced red light therapy devices. The goal was to quickly establish the brand as a leader in "Professional Skincare At Home." The design strategically builds user trust through a strong hierarchy, featuring:
A bold hero section showcasing the futuristic product and its aspirational use.
Integrated social proof prominently displayed, including a "Community Reviews" visual gallery and an "As Seen On" bar featuring major media logos (Vogue, Harper's Bazaar, etc.).
Validation from experts, highlighted in the "Trusted by Clinics Worldwide" section. The overall dark, high-contrast aesthetic reinforces the product's innovative and premium positioning.

Life of Coco: CRO-Optimized PDP for Lifestyle E-commerce
Executed the design and layout of the product page for Life of Coco with a strong focus on Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The structure is built to guide the user quickly from visual inspiration to purchase completion. Features implemented to maximize sales include:
Immediate Social Proof: Integrating a prominent section for user-generated content (UGC) that shows the product in real-life settings, building trust and desire.
Above-the-Fold Clarity: Ensuring that all critical purchase information (price, title, size/style selector, and add-to-cart) is immediately accessible.
Friction Reduction: Designing a concise icon-based section to clearly communicate shipping, quality, and guarantee information.
Streamlined Q&A: Placing a user-friendly Frequently Asked Questions section above the reviews to address buyer hesitations before they scroll away.

Cozy Earth: Aspirational E-commerce Design for Premium Home & Apparel
Led the design and layout for the Cozy Earth platform, aiming to establish a serene, high-end online shopping environment. The aesthetic utilizes natural textures, soft lighting, and a sophisticated, neutral color palette to appeal to a luxury consumer. The page architecture is built for elegant browsing and high conversion:
Prioritized large, scroll-stopping photography over dense text to create an emotional connection with the user.
Structured content blocks, like the "Read more about membership" section, to use strong background visuals that increase engagement and readability.
Ensured the entire shopping experience, from the header to the detailed footer, maintained consistent branding and provided clear paths to product discovery.

Couples Choices: Luxury E-commerce - PDP Design for High-End Jewelry
Designed and developed a high-trust Product Detail Page (PDP) for a luxury jewelry brand. The primary objective was to leverage quality imagery and social proof to drive purchases of premium items. Key design and conversion features include:
Above-the-Fold Clarity: Presenting high-fidelity product and lifestyle shots alongside clear purchase options, pricing, and essential shipping/returns information.
Integrated Trust: Strategically incorporating endorsements from trusted media outlets (ELLE, GQ) and showcasing the brand's commitment to craftsmanship ("Crafted with love").
Social Proof Focus: Building extensive credibility through a visually rich community review/UGC gallery that features photos of the product in use, driving emotional connection and purchase confidence.

Zapply: Establishing Authority Through Evidence-Based Web Design
Executed the UX and content presentation for Zapply to establish the brand as a leader in science-backed supplementation. This project involved structuring the page to build maximum credibility, starting with a powerful hero section featuring a credible ambassador. Key features include dedicated sections for performance statistics, ingredient sourcing, and visual proof from customer transformations. The design effectively uses a dark, premium aesthetic to convey exclusivity and highlights essential trust markers like the FAQ section and the risk-free Money-Back Guarantee.

Sales & paid-ads growth — straight answers
The questions Nordic brands ask most when evaluating a paid-ads or growth retainer. Click any question to expand.
-
What ad channels do you manage?
We manage Meta (Facebook + Instagram), TikTok, Google (Search + Shopping + PMax), Pinterest, and YouTube ads. Nordic brands typically get 60–75% of their ad-driven revenue from Meta and 15–25% from Google, with TikTok emerging fastest for younger audiences.
-
What's the minimum ad budget that makes sense?
Paid ads make economic sense from around 30,000 SEK per month in media spend. Below that, you can't generate enough test data to optimise.
Most of our clients run 100,000–400,000 SEK per month across channels with blended ROAS targets of 2.5x–4x depending on margin and LTV.
-
How are retainers priced?
Our paid-ads retainers are priced on a combination of management fee + performance bonus, or a flat monthly fee. Typical retainers range from 18,000 SEK per month for single-channel management to 55,000 SEK for multi-channel growth programs with creative strategy included.
-
What ROAS should I expect?
Blended ROAS targets depend on your gross margin and LTV. Brands with 60%+ margin and strong repeat rate target 2.0–2.5x ROAS profitably. Brands with 40–50% margin target 3.0–4.0x.
Platform-reported ROAS (in Meta) typically runs 1.3–1.8x higher than true blended ROAS due to attribution inflation.
-
Do you include creative in the retainer?
Creative strategy (hooks, briefs, concepts) is included in every retainer; creative production (shoot, edit, UGC sourcing) is an add-on.
Most brands pair the ads retainer with our creative content → service so briefs and production live under one team.
-
How do you measure ad performance beyond platform ROAS?
We measure blended marketing efficiency via TripleWhale or Northbeam for MER, incremental lift, and first-order vs repeat split. Platform ROAS alone is unreliable since iOS 14 — attribution inflates 30–80%.
Our dashboards show both views so you see the gap. We run monthly incrementality tests where possible.
-
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes — about 40% of our retainers embed alongside in-house marketers, handling specific channels or strategy layers while the in-house team manages others. We share Slack, GA4, ad account access, and weekly syncs.
For standalone execution we also run full outsourced growth programs.
-
How fast can we launch after onboarding?
First ads go live 7–14 days after kickoff. Week 1 is audit, access setup, pixel verification, and audience/campaign structure. Week 2 is creative brief approval and launch.
From there we test, scale, and optimise on a weekly rhythm. Book a growth intro call →.
